That might explain your symptoms if I knew what your diagnosis was. If you're bipolar and only on a mood stabilizer, your doctor should prescribe an anti-psychotic to help you concentrate. Well, that's what my doctor said anyway. It did help me a lot as I get distracted less and I can focus. Don't know if that's your problem or not.
